Please bear in mind that you need to arrive in Menorca on Tuesday, April 20^th,  as the workshop begins on Wednesday, April 21 at 9:00 a.m. The workshop will end on Saturday, April 24^th, at 6:30 p.m., so departure arrangements should be made for later Saturday evening or for Sunday, April 25^th.

The main tourist airport at Mahón is a fairly small, but nevertheless modern facility. You should be aware that the luggage trollies will need either a 50 cent or 1 Euro coin to release them.

The hotel is located 4 km from the airport. The easiest means of transport is by taxi. In Menorca there are fixed taxi fares to different areas. These fares plus any extra fees for luggage, etc., are posted in the airport for your information. The fare to the hotel should be approximately 10€ including the luggage fee.
