Lodging:
The cost of a single room per night including breakfast and V.A.T. is 69€.

Meals:
Breakfast is included with lodging.

Lunch will be served in the hotel restaurant and consists of two courses and dessert. There is a choice between two or three dishes for the first and second courses followed by dessert. Water is included in the menu. (Beverages other than water are to be paid for separately.) The cost of the lunch menu is 17€.

Dinner has not been booked with the hotel. So, participants are free to choose to have dinner in the hotel restaurant or in one of the many restaurants in Mahón. There are a variety of restaurants in the port area within a ten-minute walking distance. Instead of a formal dinner, some participants may wish to have "tapas".

Excursion:
The excursion on Friday, April 23^rd, is sponsored by the Consell Insular of Menorca, to whom we are very grateful for their collaboration and support. We will be visiting a very beautiful natural area where autochthonous fruit trees are grown. After the visit, the Consell will provide refreshments.

Additional expenses:
The cost of the coffee breaks and the meeting rooms will be shared among partners.

Estimated cost and methods of payment:
The estimated cost of a 5-night stay in a single room with breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and meeting rooms is 485€.

Each participant should pay his/her bill upon leaving the hotel. The hotel accepts all major credit cards as well as cash payments.
