PGR Forum Crop Wild Relative Information System: case
studies
The case studies presented here have been created by PGR Forum
participants to test and illustrate the PGR Forum data model for management of
CWR information. A link to the XML schema corresponding to the data model
can be found at the top of the page. Data coverage varies between the case studies and shows different degrees of data availability, especially at population and site location level. Most case studies show data for a taxon within one country,
but some e.g. Arnica montana and Lupinus angustifolius show data
for more than one country.
